Espiga’s Management Structure
Espiga Records and Publishing is organized into two major divisions: (1) Administration and Finance and (2) Music and Publication Production. The chart below shows Espiga’s management and organizational structure.
The Administrative and Finance division is composed of the following three functions: Media and Corporate Relations; Budget and Finance; and, Human Resources.
The Music and Publication Production division is composed of the following two functions: Music Production; and, Publication Production.
