Espiga’s Mission
Espiga Records and Publishing exists to produce and market the original literary, musical, and photographic works of Ruben and Salomon Alcocer Guajardo and selected artists. To this end, Espiga, Ruben, Salomon, and their staff strive to create and produce original works of art of the highest quality possible. Espiga’s Governing Principles Espiga Records and Publishing is under girthed by the following governing principles: Customer-Oriented Espiga, its staff, and select artists will be customer-oriented and -based when producing and marketing its products. Environmentally Safe Espiga, its staff, and select artists will use environmentally safe materials when available to produce and market its products. Additionally, all federal, state, and local environmental laws will be obeyed. Ethical Espiga, its staff, and select artists will engage in ethical and legal practices as well as create their works of art and products consistent with the utmost ethical and law abiding practices. Additionally, all federal, state, and local commercial, employment, immigration, and labor laws will be obeyed. Originality Espiga, its staff, and select artists will create and produce only original works of art. Espiga will not under any circumstance reproduce works of art that have been produced by other artists and/or recording and publishing houses. Professionalism Espiga, its staff, and select artists will engage in professionally accepted behavior and conduct their internal and external commercial activities consistent with the highest professional standards. Additionally, all federal, state, and local commercial, employment, immigration, and labor laws will be obeyed. Quality Espiga, its staff, and select artists will produce original works of arts of the highest quality possible. Social Responsibility Espiga, its staff, and select artists will adhere to and promulgate social responsibility by complying with all of the above governing principles as well as becoming actively engaged in community and philanthropic service.
